This month we are promoting a product called Flaxomega.  This is the text of our 'Ask Lesley' advice column recently featured in the Weekend Sun.

What can Flax Oil do for me?

Natural Healthcare is growing in popularity but it can sometimes be difficult to keep pace with what all the different products do.  One product that has had much publicity in recent times is flax oil.

Modern diets are typically high in saturated (bad) fats and low in polyunsaturated (good) fats.  Flax oil is a very good polyunsaturated fat, known to aid normal joint lubrication in addition to helping keep your skin, hair and nails in beautiful condition.  Flax oil helps the balance of good and bad fats in your body, which is vital for maintaining a healthy heart, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Taking a flax oil product such as Flaxomega from the New Zealand made Good Health range can help with all these benefits plus flax oil is known to assist brain function and kidney and liver protection. 

Flaxomega contains omega 3, 6 and 9 and 1000mg of Linum Usitatissimum (flax seed oil).  The flax used in the production of this product is grown in South Canterbury and is independently certified as truly organic.

We currently have Flaxomega on a special deal of $22.50 for 150 capsules (RRP $34.90).  The recommended dose is a minimum of 2 capsules daily for adults, so one bottle should last well over 2 months.
